We had looked at several modular homes before deciding to consult with Blake Wittnebel of Wittnebel Construction. Blake came to our home to discuss options and pricing and from seeing the homes he had already constructed, the decision was easy to have him be our contractor. Wittnebel Construction coordinated everything for us from the basement being dug to electrical and plumbing. We were given the options of lighting and flooring allowances to be able to purchase from local businesses rather than choose what the factory had to offer. We even had the option of going to the factory to observe our home being built. Wittnebel Construction worked immediately on finishing our home as soon as it arrived and we were able to move in within 2 months. We highly recommend having Wittnebel Construction's help with any building needs you might have and we are very happy with our choice of a Dynamic Home.
